Here are some simple rules to be followed:

  • Keep your weight optimal. - There is one basic rule to follow: The reception of food should be a bit less than the daily energy consumption.
  • Get enough sleep. - Make a regime and calculate your bed time so you can sleep at least 7 hours at night.
